- Pages viewed, time spent, referring site, and timestamps.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies help us understand site use. You can limit or block cookies through browser settings, although some site features may then work differently.
How information is used
We use available information to operate the site, direct a search request to the selected provider, understand which pages are useful, diagnose technical problems, and support advertising that may reflect visitor interests.
Outside websites and services
This site identifies official rosters, booking views, Sheriff and corrections resources, court paths, and third-party search tools. Once you follow an outside link, that destination’s privacy practices and terms control its handling of your information.
Advertising partners may measure activity across websites for interest-based advertising on their own systems. Their activity is governed by their own policies.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to the following recipients when needed for the stated purpose or required by a valid legal process.
- Search partners that process a submitted query.

- Law-enforcement or government authorities responding to lawful process.
Security practices
We use reasonable, best-effort safeguards intended to protect information in our control. No online system can be promised to be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that transmissions or stored information will never be accessed, altered, or lost.
Visitors under 18
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information, contact us through the Get in Touch page so we can review a deletion request.
Your privacy requests
You may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, ask us to delete information where appropriate, or opt out of certain processing. Submit the request through the Get in Touch page and identify enough detail for us to locate the information.
Texas Government Code Chapter 552 governs public information held by government bodies, while Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 109 addresses accuracy and correction of certain criminal-record information. Those laws do not turn this private site into a government records custodian.
