Get in Touch

Palo Pinto County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Contact the office that created or holds the record for those services.

Start with the responsible office

The local record path depends on the question. The Sheriff’s Office is the county contact for current custody, the county booking system, and Sheriff-held arrest reports or booking photographs. Court records and municipal police reports follow separate channels.

Palo Pinto County Sheriff’s Office / Law Enforcement Center

420 Cedar Street
Palo Pinto, TX 76484
Mailing address: PO Box 279, Palo Pinto, TX 76484
Records and non-emergency: 940-659-2085
Fax: 940-659-3801

Use the Sheriff’s official information-request route for a Sheriff-held arrest report or booking photograph. The county guide explains the official roster, the 24-hour and date-range booking views, and the details that make a request more precise.

County Clerk criminal records

Main office: 520 Oak Street, Room 103, Palo Pinto, TX 76484
Mineral Wells Annex: 100 SE 6th Avenue, Suite 102, Mineral Wells, TX 76067

Criminal records are not available online and require a case number. Public-access computers are available at both locations. Copies cost $1 per page, and certified copies add a $5 certification charge. Juvenile records are closed to the public.

Mineral Wells Police Department records

Records Office, City Hall
211 SW 1st Avenue
Mineral Wells, TX 76067
Weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Records Clerk: 940-328-7733

This is a separate municipal process. Use it when Mineral Wells Police Department created the report rather than assuming the Sheriff’s fee or process applies.

  • For a current-custody or county-booking question, begin with the Sheriff’s Office and its official roster.
  • For a recent county booking, use the 24-hour or date-range views explained on the home page.
  • For an arrest report or booking photo, ask the agency that created the record and provide the name, date, location, and any case or service number available.
  • For a final criminal-case outcome, use the appropriate Clerk path after obtaining the case number.
  • For a question about a possible warrant, the Sheriff can explain what information it may release; a person affected by a warrant should contact an attorney or the court.
